BlueMAC

All Blue MAC Air Separation Units (ASU’s) are designed with maximum efficiency, throughput and serviceability in mind. ASU’s are available in two models, ASU-1500 and ASU-2000.

The ASU-1500 has a nominal belt width of 1500mm and the ASU-2000 has a nominal belt width of 2000mm.

Features of BlueMAC Air Separator Units include:

• Remotely located blower
• Air flow control
• Variable belt speed
• Adjustable air nozzle mounted to accelerator belt
• Adjustable nozzle for both opening and direction
• Separator drum with 200mm range of adjustment
• Separation of heavies up to 200mm with drum fully forward
• Control panel positioned as required
• Air inlet Plenum Chamber
• Observation window
• Maintenance access door.
