SYNCRO-COIL® Vibrating Conveyors

General Kinematics SYNCRO-COIL® Conveyors are designed to handle heavy or medium-duty material handling applications. They feature rugged, long-life alloy coil springs and are ideal for applications with heavy-duty trough construction, large material loads, or operation in dusty or difficult atmospheres. SYNCRO-COIL® Conveyors are designed and optimized specifically for your material and process to fit your operational needs.

Recommending the correct trough design is one of the most important factors in meeting your vibratory conveyor needs, taking into account product factors such as bulk density, angle of repose, particle size, and configuration. Our team of experts can help you choose the perfect fit for your application.

General Kinematics’ proven SYNCRO-CUSHION™ coil spring drive combines the advantages of natural frequency vibratory action with a rugged drive and trough connection, resulting in exceptional performance in high load or adverse operating conditions.

In many installations, the transmission of forces to the surrounding supports or the building steel must be minimized. General Kinematics offers many types of counterpoised designs to absorb or isolate reaction forces.

Features of General Kinematics SYNCRO-COIL® Vibratory Conveyors include:

  • Available in infinite lengths and widths
  • Each machine is designed specifically for your application, so you know it will work.
  • SYNCRO-COIL® drive system uses very little energy and can power through adverse operating conditions
  • Conveyors can go up, down, or in circles.
  • Light and heavy-duty construction, as well as different isolation and drive configurations depending on your application.
  • The SYNCRO-CUSHION™ Coil Spring Drive coil spring connection to the trough protects drive components should an overload occur.
  • Aluminum rocker legs offer the strength of steel while significantly reducing the vibrating weight of the machine. Aluminum also conducts heat away from the bushings quickly. Less weight and less heat mean less wear on components and more uptime for your equipment.
  • GK offers many different types of counterpoised designs to absorb or isolate reaction forces, including duplicate trough reactor assemblies, sub-base-to-earth spring systems, positively driven balancer masses that move 180 degrees out of phase, and more.
  • GK will work with you to determine which design best suits your process application.

Contact GK SKALA, and we’ll work with you to determine which design configuration will best optimize your process application.
