SKALA was engaged by a leading mine sector EPC to design & supply an innovative General Kinematics Two-Mass Vibratory Screen as part of a gold mine restart project.

Key features of the equipment selection included the ability of the GK Two-Mass screen to be bespoke and fit within an existing footprint whilst enabling a significant increase in throughput and efficiency and the ability to design the screen to fit within existing support structure.

Compared to traditional competitor options this solution provided a 20% improvement in capacity, as well as substantial construction cost and power savings.
